Nino Chedia is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in top-tier C-level roles across Georgia and various international markets. Her distinguished career includes positions such as Deputy CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, Treasurer, and currently, CEO of a multinational FinTech-as-a-Service company. She has successfully led teams and strategic initiatives within financial institutions, banking, insurance, and fintech sectors.
Since 2010, Nino has been actively engaged in higher education, teaching a wide range of disciplines to university students and conducting executive training programs for corporate professionals. She currently serves as a member of the Academic Board at the Business and Technology University in Georgia, where she is also the Head of the Executive MBA Program and an Associate Professor of Management.
Her academic contributions include consulting for Georgia’s first AI Series publications on FinTech, Blockchain, and Employee Motivation. She also holds a position on the Supervisory Board of a unique Finnish-model secondary school in Georgia.
Nino is a PhD candidate and holds four academic degrees across diverse fields. These include a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, with a focus on strategic management, organizational behavior, and leadership; an MBA in Finance and BBA in Marketing from Caucasus University (Georgia); and a BA in Computer Science from Georgian Technical University. She further enhanced her leadership education at the prestigious IEDC–Bled School of Management in Slovenia, where she now serves as President of the Alumni Club in Georgia. Additionally, she is a Business Alumni member of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
